Discover the various swimming pool coping systems offered by Exagres.

As you know, Exagres is an extruded tile manufacturer with extensive history and produces a specific range of coping systems for swimming pools, aquatic centres, hydrotherapy centres, wellness centres and sports facilities.

The company provides architects and professionals with a choice of high-quality products that include three-dimensional extruded pieces manufactured using a system developed by Exagres that positions us at the forefront of ceramic technology.

The extruded product we are presenting for swimming pools is highly resistant, hygienic, safe and anti-slip. The piece-based system allows for perfect pool-terrace aesthetic integration that is easy to maintain, resistant to chemical products and long-lasting.

By using this system, customers can achieve unique and personalised spaces by choosing the shape, design and swimming pool coping system: the traditional skimmer or the new ceramic overflow gutter system.

A skimmer is a standardised coping system in which the water level is maintained about 20cm lower than the pool edge. Traditional swimming pools are functional and require only simple maintenance. The skimmers are simply the openings located beneath the edge and basically filter the water.

Thanks to the various special pieces that make up the various skimmer collections (Marbles, Petra, Natura and Gresan), aesthetic continuity can be achieved between the interior and exterior of the property, meaning that the traditional vitreous mosaic can be replaced by pieces with suitable technical characteristics and unique design.

The new overflow coping system is available in the Roca Polar and Litos series, and consists of an overflow system in which the water flows over the edge to create more aesthetic continuity and in which the pool water is constantly renewed.

The overflow coping system offers complete aesthetic integration between the interior and the exterior of the swimming pool, harmonising the visual aspect of the space.

As we’ve seen before, a range of technical and aesthetic options can be chosen when designing a swimming pool and, by extension, a terrace or even a home.

At Exagres, we will gladly answer any questions you might have about the various swimming pool coping systems we offer based on the characteristics and needs of your project. Get in touch!
