What is industrial flooring?
Made of extruded porcelain ceramic, Proyect industrial flooring is the perfect material for industrial uses where the floor tiles will be subjected to heavy loads, deep abrasion and stains.
The type of industrial flooring, with various surface characteristics (colour, texture and low porosity), different shapes (modular, thickened, dove tail profile) as well as chemical and mechanical resistance is ideal for achieving high-quality appearances, resistance and durability.

High mechanical resistance
Pursuant to ISO 10545-4 testing, shows very high values for mechanical resistance, obtaining much better values than those registered under the ISO 13006 y EN 14411 norms.
Thickness and dovetail grooved back
The 18 mm thickness of each Proyect piece is capable of bearing an immense load capacity with enhanced mechanical and chemical grip. It also offers great resistance to dynamic loads thanks to the dovetail fluted back, bevelled edges and lateral grooves.
Product environmental declaration
With the aim of committing to environmental improvement in the construction sector, the Proyect series meets the requirements of ISO 14.025, EN UNE 15804 +A1 and the DAPcons 002.019 register.
High chemical resistance
The tiles in this series are highly resistant to chemicals according to the test ISO 10545-13 which determines the chemical resistance of the pieces. Thus, cleaning industrial flooring is super easy.
Excellent geometry of the pieces
The manufacturing system in Exagres allows the production of special pieces in 3D which gives solution to edges and corners. With this process, pieces of complex cross-sections can be produced. This way, integral and homogeneous coatings are obtained.
Low water absorption
The pieces obtained by extrusion have a very low porosity, which allows better technical characteristics (mechanical resistance, anti-freeze, hygienic properties, etc.)
Anti-slip properties
The extrusion process also ensures that the product is non-slip, with great grip in adherence wet conditions, both outdoors and indoors. The PROYECT serie reaches a value of CLASS 3 in slip resistance (UNE-EN 12633: 2003) and R11 in the standard slip angle standard (DIN 51130), being a product that complies with the rules and restrictions of the Código Técnico de la Edificación, for the most restrictive uses.
Antibacterial properties
Proyect industrial flooring has demonstrated anti-bacterial efficacy of 99.9% as the safest and most hygienic anti-bacterial ceramic tiles on the market following testing to determine the anti-bacterial efficacy of treated ceramic surfaces pursuant to standard JIS Z 2801:2010.
Uses for industrial flooring
The industrial flooring may be oriented towards prescribers as well as industrial floor tiling. The Proyect series is aimed at any type of industry such as industrial kitchens, floors for cellars, mechanic’s shops, large commercial surfaces, sports facilities and urban floor tiling.
Supermarket flooring
The broad range of complementary pieces make for a solid floor tile choice over large surfaces (flooring in supermarkets, shopping centres, warehouses...). The colour possibilities are great for delimiting areas, setting up signage and marking exhibit and circulation areas, organizing space and facilitating customer orientation over large-size surfaces.
Factory flooring
The industrial flooring features the technical characteristics that make it highly resistant to chemical aggressions and is, thus, ideal as factory flooring for the chemical and metallurgy industries.
Agrofood flooring
Because of the extrusion production system, the surface sealing characteristics of the Proyect series, its easy maintenance and, of course, its mechanical and chemical resistance, make this series the ideal wall tiling for agrofood flooring.
