Guarantee for life


Gresan provides each buyer with a guarantee for life on the Natural, Albarracín, and Onix series and promises, in the case of breakage or any complications, to provide, free of any charge, the necessary products for solving the issue.

The lifetime warranty must be requested by mail, attaching the purchase ticket by using this contact form and in the case of an incident, you have to inform about it by writing an email to gresancare@exagres.es. Once received the email, we will proceed to study each case and, if necessary, to the replacement of the product in the terms described in clause 4.

Terms and Conditions:


1. The guarantee for life applies only to Gresan products sold through authorized outlets.


2. Conditions that must be met:

  • • Having registered the guarantee online with all the information duly filled out within 30-calendar days from the moment of purchase.
  • • Being the original purchaser. This guarantee cannot be transferred, and it expires at the moment of sale to a third party.
  • For the purposes of this guarantee, the original purchaser is the person who registers the guarantee at the time of purchase. The guarantee cannot affect another person than the one holding the condition of the original purchaser.
  • • Having performed the laying and maintenance of the product, following the requirements outlined in the manual.
  • • It will always be necessary to attach the original invoice.


3. This guarantee for life will not cover in any case:

  • • Damage caused by improper installation/laying (without following the requirements of the manual) or incorrect maintenance.
  • • Defects or breakage resulting from an accident or inappropriate and negligent use.
  • • Defects caused by improper handling.
  • • Defects caused by normal wear and tear.
  • • Defects caused by incorrect maintenance operations.

4. Remarks:

  • • Acceptance of the guarantee is ultimately subject to the decision of the Technical Service, after conducting a detailed analysis for the purpose of determining the nature of the fault and/or defect.
  • • Gresan only agrees to replace the product, having the client to cover the shipping and labour costs produced by the application of this guarantee.
  • • This guarantee is only valid for products sold from June 2016.
